SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

In the fall of 2021, Alec and I visited Seattle, Washington for 5 days. Check out all of our recommendations for this rainy, sleepy city below!

HOTEL

FOOD

  • Umi Sake House- moody restaurant right near Pike Place Market with the freshest sushi & great service.

  • Cafe Campagne- great spot for brunch across from Pike Place Market with the cutest French vibes!

  • Von’s 1000 Spiritslocals vibe bar/restaurant with Housecrafted Sourdough Mac & 4 Cheeses that is to die for.

  • The Hart & the Hunter- the most adorable brunch spot with a retro diner feel to it + wide variety of breakfast options.

  • Vito’s- romantic, smooth jazz restaurant that takes you back in time! Food & service were great just wish we could have stayed there longer.

  • El Camino- pretty average tex-mex restaurant with tons of authentic decor throughout.

  • Radiator Whiskeyexclusive American style restaurant with immaculate views of the city.

  • Daily Dozen- cute mini-doughnut shop in Pike Place Market.

DRINKS

  • The Pike Pub- museum turned brewery with tons of knick-knacks and different beers.

  • Conversation- romantic restaurant bar inside of the Thompson Hotel.

  • Old Stove Brewing Co.- massive brewery overlooking the water with a huge outdoor patio & super fun vibes.

ACTIVITIES

  • Pike Place Market- rain & shine, #1 must see thing in Seattle! Whether you are in the mood to shop or eat, the Market has it all.

  • Gum Wall- right off of Pike Place Market, down a back alley. Be sure to bring your own gum because they heavily uncharge by the wall.

  • Seattle Great Wheel- not a must see or do but was a romantic ride overlooking the water + city at night.

  • Space Needle- another must do activity in Seattle, such a neat experience + incredible view. Highly recommend taking your time & enjoying a drink or 2 at the top!

  • Museum of Pop Culture- wouldn't have done this without the City Pass but so glad we did. Huge museum with tons of different sections all about pop culture + new pop-up exhibits all the time.

  • Spin- fun & modern restaurant/bar where you can play ping-pong, at night it does become a wilder scene so just be prepared.

  • Seattle Aquarium- beautiful aquarium on the water that teaches all about the importance of protecting and saving endangered animals & fish.
